I did not research the company before buying and now I have a big problem. I made a purchase and one day later I asked for the cancellation, but they never answered me, I sent several emails and none were answered. I received the merchandise almost a month after the purchase, merchandise of poor quality. I am trying to make the return and get my money back but I can not. The site does not have a telephone, it does not have a communication with them. I did not know the site was from China. I advise no one to buy from this store. I would like to know if there is any consumer advocacy body so I can get my money back.
