I ordered the doggie ramp on Jan 22, almost immediately I rec’d and email that it had shipped.
I’m looking it up, it still says shipped. Of course, I never my item, and at the point, I have no recourse.

I had also ordered a doggie ramp from them in January 2021.
And they gave a lot of excuses, like the item has been delivered and placed in my letterbox. Seriously, you expect me to believe you that the ramp can go into my letter box that is 110mm(H)x270mm(W)x380mm(D)?
Then they me a tracking number that belonged to someone else.
And finally, they agreed to refund me my money back, but after that they went missing in action.

Interesting to see peoples comments & 'yes' it's getting bad. I've had dealings [very briefly] with xuuudxuoip in acquiring a Mobility Scooter under order No. AGY90718 but as far as I know I have not recieved anything! This order was placed on the 19th Dec 2020 [SKU OSWLQ20092501]. I've gone through PAYPAL on all my transactions and I have had luck in acquiring refunds on other items from China. These are the latest transactions I have got in volved with and on the PAYPAL system there is room to put your own MESSAGE.ie....''and I hope your not a company that sends 'peacemeal[cheap]' items just to clarify that the order has been dealt with. YOU WILL DELIVER........[such and such] as quickly as possible. Thank you.''
So I have actually given them something to think about. It's early days, I know, but have had an email back indicating that the item has been 'shipped' and with a tracking number. We wait and see but it seems promising at the moment. And that is not just one item, it's 3 with all the same message!

I bought a Home Smart Treadmill and paid with Pay Pal Interact card the amount pass in my bank account, but when I go in my Pay Pal account to see my Summary Activity Its not there and I did received a confirmation payment from Pay Pal, I really don't understand what is going on. You pay for the goods, they send you $2 cheap crap when you ask for a refund, they offer you 20% telling you that if you want a full refund, you need to return the item, but they tell you it is very expensive to return the item, more than the product is wort, so you're better off taking the 20%
If you use Paypal, you would have to raise a dispute but stand more of a chance of getting your money back, Another Chinese Scam company
