I didn't do enough research and ordered a Odyssey battery that they later said they didn't have in stock and so had not shipped a week later. They did reply saying they would refund it back to me but that never happened and I'm doing a Dispute through my credit card company right now.
Ordered an Item July 12, got confirmation and order number. 3 days later got E-mail stating package was being prepared for shipment and tracking number would be sent. Never got number. Was told item was out of stock more would be in soon. Got our credit card statement this week, the amount for the item was charged to an individual. I emailed Susse support and asked for an explanation, got no response. Today, August 2, I contacted my credit card fraud department and filed a claim, they credited my account and said they would go after them.
