Bought the fold up scooter waited five weeks and I got a horrible brass cutlery set one knife fork and spoon really cheap and nasty in a damaged box. Won’t offer me refund as have to return item which would cost more than it’s worth. I’m dying and needed the scooter for a few last weeks of mobility and freedom left in me. I’m asking my bank to hand it to their fraud branch to get my money back. Also their are bad reviews for this business who are scamming us, me a lady with not long to live. All I want is my money back.

I ordered two mobility scooters on 7/19/2021, and I have sent several email messages to try and find my order. They say it was delievered on 8/7/2021 to the USPS but no USPS tracking number. They said to wait till 8/20/2021 and if I didn't recieve it to contact them. I have since ask for a refund and I still have nothing. They keep telling me to contact USPS, which I have and they can't track without a USPS tracking number. Just another scam!
I bought a scooter on 15/7/21 and haven't received it. Despite trying to contact them the website no longer seems to exist.
