This is a follow-up email regarding the above order number.
I ordered a hoverboard since the 19 of January until now there hasn't been any updates or some sort of information regarding tracking number or order shipped.
Kindly get back to me as soon as you can.
Any recommendations or tips on how I can get my money back.

Yo soy otra victima de esa estafa de SMALLSEG, mi pedido lo hice el 10 de Enero 2021 y aun no han enviado nada, los correos emitidos reclamando que les he enviado son numerosos y él dia de hoy 15 de Marzo 2021 cuando intento meterme al sitio Web me aparce en él ECRAN que ese sitio no EXISTE y con el mensaje ( QUE ALGO PASA ). Seguiré el consejo de Syred Haris Ali y me comunicaré con la Cia. de mi tarjeta para recuperar mi dinero. UN MILLON DE GRACIAS A DEREVIEWS.COM por su valiosisima informacion.
I have ordered in dec 2020, still got nothing. Even emailed them no response. Got the confirmation email with no tracking number. I reported this to my credit card company. They have credited the amount to me back on my statement. Please don't buy this is whole scam company.

I have ordered a hoverboard on 20Jan 2021from Portaboard (Smallseg), both websites are same.. But yet not received anything. I have sent many reminders and query on Info@smallseg.com but no reaponsefrom company.
is there any way to make a official complaint about this company else they will do it again with others as well.

You go to your credit card company and tell them the transaction is fake, this company is scam so they will give you credit on your statement. I done the same thing and I got my money back

As of today, February 24, 2021 I still haven't received my order.
I ordered 2 the beginning of January, they sent me an e-mail saying with covid they where behind, They said January 11th and still nothing. That was portaboard now it's showing smallseg. I guess its definitely a scam.??
YES I THINK THEY ARE SCAM ,I Ordered 2 for my kids on Jan 15th. they dont respond to emails as well.
