I purchased a portable table to make puzzles on very easy and secure during transport. I was sent a 150 piece mini puzzle instead. When I complained to the company, they offered to refund $4 of the $36 I paid them when I contacted them to correct the problem because it would cost too much to sent the item I received back to them. I decided not to accept the offer, demanded they send the correct item to me and said I'd be happy to ship they puzzle back to them since it weighed about 2 ounces, and I doubt the shipping cost would have been $32 which is what I was loosing on the transaction if I accepted their offer of $4. This caused them to raise the offer of refunding me $6 instead, the best they could do, and never offered to send the correct item to me regardless.
I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and I doubt they will respond, so I'm getting the full $36 back that way. Good luck to you if you decide to deal with this website.
I ordered a folding puzzle table from this company and paid USD 25.98. What I received instead was a tiny puzzle in a plastic tube. When I complained, they told me they would give me a USD 4 credit.
Totally unacceptable and they are most definitely a scam. I should have done my homework, first!
