I am also a victim of this website's product. I ordered a 3 tier metal rack about 3 feet tall for $35 USD. I received a plastic rack about a foot tall, and am currently fighting with the company for a refund. They have offered me a $6 refund. I understand "buyer beware" but it is ridiculous that a company can outright lie about their products and get away with it.
@YMChan : I bought the same item as yours (5 Tier one), but what I got is a very small plastic triangle shape 3 tier rack. Did you get your money back?
