As per WHOIS, its domain "shilann.com" was registered at 2021-09-24, but on its Terms of Use page it has mentioned its Terms of Use is effective as of March 3, 2015 and on its Privacy Policy page, it has mentioned its Privacy Policy was last updated at March 13th, 2019. How can it update something on its website even before creating it? It makes clear that it has copy-pasted its policy pages from another website.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Shipping & Return Policies which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Their car purse carrier product does not fit properly in my car. I sadly read the return policy too late. No refund is available. Clicking on any of their website "helps" proves fruitless as there is no information provided. What a scam. Putting their advertisement on Facebook should be banned. I am left with a piece of junk. I am giddy over the prospect of informing my friends of their scam website.
I do not advise doing business with this company. I did not do my research before I ordered their "Silicone Trowel Scraper " advertised as a 3 in 1 Multifunctional Silicone Remover priced at $20.98.'Then, they added $6.99 for shipping, and $2.45 for tax for a total of $30.42 on Oct. 25, 2021. They atttached a shipping label to the package and placed a notice : stating my order would ship within 7 to 14 days. and "Your order has been prepared for processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled." On 11-3-21, they notified me that my order had shipped. I had found this same tool on-line from Ebay for $3.99 & free shipping, and other sellers from $6.99 up, and couldn't cancel. I tracked the package from 10/31/21 in Shanghai to Santa Fe Springs, CA. on 11/5/21, and it finally arrived in Pacific Grove, CA on 11/8/21. This object plus packaging weighs 2 OZ. of plastic. There are comments on-line under Shilann.com about the reputation o f this company . Check it out. I feel I have been scammed.
