i send the poor booknook back in 09-2022. they do not accept it in china and i got it back in 05-2023. money you don't get back. don't by whit them.
I ordered the library reading nook puzzle. Was sucked in for two of them. Only one arrived, with the number 2 on it. A stick of glue for a glue gun, poorly printed pieces of wood and a connection piece that could possibly be a light if more of the parts were included. The other package never arrived. Am used to international shipping taking longer, so was passed the 30 days to return it. Website disappeared when trying to find any info about the returns process. Am down nearly $100 due to the currency exchange rate.

I ordered 2 fire-spitting magic wands for 53$, with flash paper and chargers. What I got was two 1$ wands with light without a charger or batteries, that did not even work. I got a quick reply from the service backoffice. But they all the time wanted to push me to accept the product for a 50, 60 or 75% discount price. They gave me a return address, but want me to pay for the return label and that I need to trust that they will pay me back everyting. Well, they just proved me that I cannot trust.
I can't find a phone number or email address for them. If you have it could you send it to me please. I received half my order.
It's 100% a scam. I also ordered one of the 3D puzzles and got a few pieces of wood with blurry pictures on them. To get a refund, you have to ship it back to China. Do not order from them!
I had the same issue. They promised to refund me for the postage and all, and now they are ignoring my emails.

Yup Junk in an envelope! I ordered a 3d bookshelf puzzle, received a small envelope with the wall pieces and no other internal parts. What they did is took a completed photo of the puzzle with all of the 3d pieces from online and printed it on thin wood, laser cut it and mailed it. I should have looked into where it was coming from and the website itself before I ordered. Their website also has NO negative reviews. I am not even going to bother to try to get my money back or request a new kit. Also since it came from China it took 2 months to get. Out 40 bucks oh well.
I bought a puzzle from this shop.
The description, photos and videos showed a small library with pictures, books, wooden cabinets and other small pieces to assemble with an instruction booklet.
What I received were 5 pieces of wood with a photograph printed on them of what the 3D pieces should be.
I asked for a refund, they gave me 2 options:
send the parcel back to them in china at my expense and with two customs certificates that I don't know where to find, or get 50% of my money back and keep the parcel.
I only trusted them because I could make the payment via PayPal.
Now I opened a dispute...I hope PayPal will refund me everything.

Absolute scam. I ordered a 3D puzzle that either comes assembled or not assembled (I got not assembled). The first package never made it and when I got the 2nd one it was absolute crap. just images printed on wood, nothing 3D about it
