What is Shanaan .com?

It is an online shopping store which is claiming to sell various products as listed above. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Shanaan as a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:

Contact Information:

Shanaan, owned by Meledo Company Limited, has raised concerns about its legitimacy and credibility due to its parent company's association with problematic and fraudulent websites, such as Nantaloo, Usukko, Environh, Oteana, Wyattes, VindyStore, Cheryah, CormackStore, Zootana, GoldruiStore, etc.

Note: It's important to be cautious when dealing with unfamiliar websites as scammers often change their parent company names and addresses to evade detection.

Discount and Sales Offers:

Shanaan's significantly discounted prices may indicate fraudulent activity, and customers should be wary when dealing with such websites. Scammers often use this tactic to deceive unsuspecting customers, whereas legitimate online stores typically offer more moderate discounts.

Security of the website:

The use of fake trust seal logo, such as McAfee, on the Product Detail pages of the website suggests a lack of proper security measures. As a result, customers who choose to make purchases on the site may be at risk of having their personal and financial information, including credit card details, compromised or stolen.

Copied content:

The similarity in website theme and features between Shanaan and known scam sites may further erode its reliability and trustworthiness, casting doubt on its authenticity and credibility.

Social Media Presence:

The absence of social media icons on Shanaan's website is a red flag for its legitimacy. Trustworthy online stores often include these icons to engage with their audience, and their absence may suggest that the business is inactive on social media or raise doubts about its credibility.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Customers who have patronized other online stores with similarities have reported negative feedback regarding prolonged delivery times, subpar customer support, and unsatisfactory post-purchase services.

Our Final Verdict:

Depending upon the above evidences, it can be confirmed that Shanaan is a scam online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the above review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

  1. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
CONTACT YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL ONLINE AND FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK FOR FRAUD.
ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO FINE THEM AND THREATEN JAIL TIME FOR WIRE FRAUD, THEN SUE FOR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

  2. I ordered some chairs believing it was QVC. I got a reply from Shanaan. It took a long time saying they were delivering them. I never received anything but they charged my credit card as if they had delivered them. I sent them a text that I never received them but i have not gotten a response. I need to contact my credit card so that no additional charges are added to my account.

  3. I did not think this was a scam because of the comments on Facebook. It looked like it was legit. They said it was delivered. It never was. I’ve asked for a refund several times. They told me they would just resend it. So I guess, I was scammed! Is there any way of getting my money back? ?

  4. I ordered from them, they charged my account and never sent the product! So far they haven’t charged me again but do not buy from them!

  5. They billed my account the next day. Tried to make purchases from my account several times. I informed my bank. I tried to contact them and was immediately"Blocked".So i say a Scram toget your information.

  6. Not only did they charge my account but tried to charge other items on my account, which i did not request. They tried to make
several attempts and my bank was informed. Each day i saw a another attempt to bill my account for their puchase, not mine. I tried to contact them on their email address and was immediately "Blocked". So scram it is......

  7. I hate sites like this. You order something then they take your money and you never hear from them again, Guess that's why it's call a scam

  8. This is 100% of scam. Even though I had talked to multiple people who verified this was not. I never received the items that I paid for. They could not confirm the delivery address. And when tracking the actual item it just says that it was delivered it does not tell you where it was delivered to. When asked multiple times where it was delivered to they could not tell me. Or would not tell me. I have asked for a refund multiple times. And they said they were going to reship the items. But without confirming the delivery address there is no way to know where exactly would end up. Even if you go on to their website and put your login information it does not show any history of a purchase. I will be contacting Interpol as this is a scam across multiple countries as well as letting Facebook Marketplace know about their misdeeds as well as the FBI
