That seems to be the case. Made an order, they provided order number and tracking number. The tracking number says its incorrect or not updated. They have two e-mail addresses and one of them is not active. On the other - no one is replying back as stated 24 hrs time frame for response. After i got suspicious, I checked the website and truly looks shady. Also, I found other websites promoting the same thing, just a company with different name and different prices.
I have also got cheated by this useless people and site. Even mails are bouncing back. Really dont know how come I got victim of this.
