Several years ago Shadows Deal sold USPS Forever stamps from past years,
like 2018, 2019, 2021. I bought some and they were legit. Recently I placed another order and have received nothing and their website states "Order fulfilled." They hooked me with the legit stuff but now they just took my money and sent no product. My loss is minimal but I learned the hard way. The first two orders being okay set me up for the scam. Be careful out there!
Absolute crap service. I should have never even bothered. Not like the discount was that significant anyway. I ordered 3 different sets of stamps, and only 2 arrived. I have tried two different emails for them and their “online chat” but to no avail. No one will respond to me about a replacement or refund. Basically just got ghosted.
It is illegal to sell USPS stamps discounted. There are many sites that sell counterfeit stamps, most of them come from China & distributed in the USA. This must be one of them. The post office can detect counterfeit with a special UV light, but some get through. The USPS loses millions of $$ each year through counterfeiting. If you see forever stamps at a discounted rate, they are counterfeit. Do not buy.
Scammed out of nearly 100 dollars to their stamp deal.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your comment, as I was just about to order $85 worth of stamps but thought I should check first to see if this place was legit. It's a good thing I did too because I would've been ripped off like you were if I hadn't. I'm sorry that happened to you.
I ordered 3 books of stamps stating 1-4 day delivery but 13 days later and I still don't have them. I don't believe the tracking (not USPS) is accurate.. It shows the envelope sitting postal sorting for days. No response from seller.
They are not a scam, but do have horrible customer service. When the product stated I would get 5 booklets of 20 stamps, and I only got 1, I was actually told that it was a typo and to leave them alone. Their only offer to make up for it was if I spent MORE money they would include a gift. Not acceptable!
