I ordered a pair and they sent the wrong color but I liked the pattern so it was OK. So I reordered the one that I really wanted and it was wrong AGAIN but this time WRONG SIZE TOO. When I contacted customer service they spent over is a spent over a week convincing me not to but then said they would refund 20% and I would have to pay International shipping to return it.. Don't waste your money on this company
It's a SCAM. My 21 year old bought their fake ass crocks and both were the wrong size and the wrong design than ordered. We have both messaged them through their Contact page on the website to no avail. Replying to the email that it tells you to reply to doesn't do anything but say there is no known email address when it's rejected and bounces back. Beyond mad. I loathe scammers.
They are fraudulent company I ordered three pairs of crocs and I was single one of them was correct. I contacted customer service and was told I have to pay for international shipping and that they would refund 20% of my purchase. Their website claims to have free returns and I have filed a fraudulent claim through my bank PayPal Facebook and I’m attempting to leave reviews wherever possible!
