I ordered and received nothing. After 3 mths I sent several emails they told me they were out of stock and would get a refund in 3 weeks. 3 mths later still no refund . Several more emails and still to this day no refund. Will never order from them again. Bad Company.

I paid for a generator got a conformation & tracking number i have sent two emails to support & no replys from them.
Online scam don't give them any information or credit payment. I ordered a generator and I emailed them to find why I haven't received it no response from company they are listed und different names. Stay away from online generators.

I purchased an ice maker. I received a tracking number and delivery confirmation through the USPS. I have not seen the ice maker and have questions about how the USPS shows that it was delivered in/at my mailbox. I have not heard back from Saxon Byron and I'm requesting a tracking investigation with USPS since it says delivered.
I also ordered an ice maker like so many others are complaining about. I received notification that my shipment was actually delivered to my mailbox. My “ice maker” turned out to be a 12 inch USB cord. After reading the negative reviews, I’m not planning on trying to return or ask for a refund because I don’t have the patience for the frustration. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased the Icemaker as well on the 8th and never received the so called "confirmation email". I tried to email them and the email they have provided in their customer care center is no longer valid. Apparently we all sadly was dooped.
I got scammed, I guess. I learned a good lesson. Yes, they are under at least two other names. I'll look for them again.
