I purchased also this set of rolling car jacks from an AD on Facebook, I used also my PayPal account to pay for the item. I recived a very small packet from "the company". Therefor I can not get any refund because "the company" can prove they have send "a package".
I'm in process at "the company" with a claim (but there is som many different companies involved in this scam setup, that I don't believe it will end in a nice way).
At Facebook it's not possible to claim an "professionel" AD. We can only claim other user is a problem. We can not general remove AD's from Facebook.

And, there is still a way to get a refund. In your case, you should open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less or more weight than the original item. (If you already have the weight and address details, then you no need to go the post office). Show these details to PayPal. People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of PayPal.

I purchased this set of rollers from an ad on Facebook, I used my PayPal account to pay for the item and I am in the process of a refund claim. This is the second, yes second time I fell for a "great deal". The last time was also on Facebook when I purchased a SeaDoo under water Scooter. and never received the item. It's a shame that Facebook doesn't govern there AD's
