It has mentioned the name of another website i.e. Cathiyh.com on its About Us, Terms of Service etc. pages instead of its own website name which means it has copy-pasted those details from Cathiyh.com website (website which has been already shutdown). So this proves that it is yet another suspicious site.

It has a Return Policy which says that return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. So it is found to be very unrealistic and useless to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. Hence, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. I have ordered twice from this company in both times I have sent shorts that I did not order I ordered two matching sets for my husband and I and both times they sent me different shorts I’m not happy. And probably will not order from them again. I tried to reach out to the company by Facebook messenger and still have not received an answer from my original question.
I’m not ordering from them again I ordered three shirts and two wigs the wigs wasn’t even the same wigs I wanted then the shirts are still not here I emailed them over and over again and now there website is nowhere to be found this is the worse experience I had with ordering something I’m better off ordering from wish if I want bad stuff this is Ridiculous I warn you never order from rikilee ever there scammers
I will NEVER order from them again! They charge a 15% cancellation fee and it took over a month just to receive the product. To top it all off, it was the worse clothing material ever!! Every shirt is made of silk material and not cotton with everything printed on the shirts. Can you say UGLY!! A total waste of time and money. And did I mention I had to email them about the order because I never received an update on when the items would arrive? Word of advise, stick with well known and established stores to shop from. At least they’re more organized and have a better return policy.
