Ordered 2 for my daughter's on Dec. 4th, received my confirmation email that they received my order. No tracking number, email, or phone number. I just called my bank to dispute the purchase. This website is bullsh!t. I'm a single mother with 3 young daughters who just escaped from dangerous relationship last month with nothing but the clothes on our back. I also ordered and paid for 3 with my debit card. I received a confirmation, but have not heard or seen anything. I ordered them for Christmas on October 22nd. I have tried to contact the company and have heard nothing back. They were the big gift from Santa for my 3 children.
They need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commision and every other Federal agency.
This is sad my grandkids won't have they gift because people who don't care or have no consideration for the kids I hope they rot in hell for this sad.

I thought the shipping cost was strange I live in Hawaii and it costs a lot more for shipping , but I thought maybe because they had a lot of orders they filled they would get a special price for shipping . I ordered mine October 15, 2021, very upset ,thought it would be a great gift for my little granddaughter!

Thankfully I payed with a prepaid visa. The Visa credit card company is supposed to be working on getting my money back. If they don't, I won't be using Visa again.

I have dealt with these rip-off scam artists before. The last time I paid with PayPal and they were able to get my money back. It took 2 months. I complained to PayPal and Facebook stating that these companies got to use my money interest free, and both companies refused to do anything about it. It's a scam! I received a tracking number from the US postal services. I tracked the PKG to an Oklahoma Post office. It showed that my PKG was requested to be held by me at this Oklahoma location for pick up. With that being said I don't live in Oklahoma I live in Ohio. The next day it showed that the PKG was received by me, at said location. I contacted the post office and they are using regenerated postal tracking numbers. My PKG was never there, it was never shipped and they stole our hard earned money. I am so disgusted because they stole $200 from me. They have took from my nieces for their Christmas this year. If there is anyone out there who can get Facebook to take this ad down please help.
