I’m still waiting on my order. It’s been over a month. I’ve spent $210.95 on order number 151173. Did you just steal my money? Do I need to dispute the charge with my credit card company?
I GOT TAKEN BY MAKING A PURSHASE .I WAS SENT SOME CHEAP FLIMSY ITEMS THAT WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT HAD BEEN ADVERTISED,
. THE BUTTONS ON THE SHIRTS AND JAVKET WERE SEWN ON FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SHIRTS. NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THE 4 ITEMS I ORDERED WAS SENT . THEY SENT SOME CHEAP CLOTHING THAT COUL NEVER BE WORN.. THE ADS REALLY LOOKED GREAT AND I GOT CAUGHT ONLY TO LOOSE MY MONEY. THEY ARE NOW USING DIFFERENT NANES ,SO BE WISE.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Clothes are CHEAP but even worse if you want to return the items, you have to pay shipping, and they must get the times within 14 days of when you got them making it nearly impossible, but I did succeed then they ignored my messages, then said it was not received, so I sent them the tracking, then no reply, not reply then they admitted they had the items, but now they are not going to give me a refund, only a store credit, so basically they are thieves who take your money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM. Thsi company should be shut down!!!
Terrible customer service. Don't ever expect a refund. They make you pay postage to turn an item and there is no place listed on the website to make the return. Worst of all merchandise is third rate material. Shop elsewhere.

I placed my order THREE Months ago. They simply ignore my emails. But, if reply, the send standard copy paced general answer which does not asnwer my questions. Once they replied that they are based in the USA, then I see that they are in Guangzhou , CHINA!!!

FInally they admitted that they Lost my parcel and asked me if I waht to return my money. I Clearly told them to Return my money. Today, I received an email from them saying that they are processing my new order. Stupid Company!!! They placed my order again and do not want to return my money!
This company should not be in the market !!!!

shame on you for playing with the orders of people who choose to do business with you, am not your customers but the reviews i read from your company's website is enough to wish you all in Pologize "Hell".
Poor quality items, company made me jump through numerous hoops to get refund. I do not recommend buying from them.
Avoid this company!! They’re a scam. They don’t refund any money after you return their garbage products.
I ordered 3 items from Pologize on April 29, 2020 totaling $175. Today is August 17, 2020 and I still have not received one of the items I ordered for $33. I’ve emailed the company numerous times and they don’t respond. I filed a claim through Paypsl and it was denied because pologize said they sent the item despite the “Shop” app shows that it’s still only partially delivered. I even resorted to taking ti their Instagram and simply deleted the comment and ignored me. I’ll never spend another dollar with this ripoff company. Nobody there has any integrity or sense of customer service.
