I bought a video game from them and received 10 toothbrushes. Emailed them & they said if I sent back the toothbrushes at my cost they’d send me the product. Such scammers. Facebook took the $$ to let them advertise. It’s all about the $$.
I ordered a Christmas tree like everyone else. I emailed them a month later once Christmas was over & we had no tree for it. They told me to please be patient. At one point they offered a 10% refund which I should have taken because now I cant get anything back it seems. Nearly 2 months later it said my tree was delivered. It was an ugly pair of gloves that couldnt have cost more than $1
Purchased a 6ft Pre-Lit Christmas Tree for $39.99 ($49.98 with shipping) and received after nearly 2 months 10 toothbrushes that I could have bought from the 99 cent store! Their contact email was info@pit****.com but now reflects info@wa****.com! I wonder why? They have their ads on FB! I have sent this info to FB to have the site banned! Still waiting for the company to respond and refund my money!
Exact same thing happened to me. After I requested a refund they are giving me the run around plus they wanted me to send back the toothbrushes at my cost. It’s evident that I am speaking to someone in a foreign country because I can tell by the way they type their response. This is the biggest scam ever.
I also ordered the Tree but I have not received anythin, j have emailed several times and have not received a response
Exatcly the samething happen to me ...i got in contact by email we came to an agreement for the to reemborsent the money and they offer me 85% back instead of 100% but that never happen and now all emails I sent out seems that have no reach us come back as a no email valid wonder why
I ordered a tree and didn't get it instead I got 10 tooth brushes what the he'll am I going to do with 10 tooth brushes. I'm gonna contact my lawyer and see if he could figure this out. This site is a SCAM please don't buy anything from it. I'm gonna call my bank in the morning as well and see if I could get my money back. DON NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
I ordered a tree November 16th 2022 a month later I have been waiting I emailed them December the 9th they told me be patient my tree on the way he was a week of Christmas I emailed them again tell them I haven't received my tree yet I told them I want my money back I was tracking my tree for a whole month it was sitting supposedly in China distribution center then when I told them I want my buddy back all the sudden my tree started moving fast I get an email December the 30th that my tree was delivered I only think was in front of my door was a small package with 10 toothbrush in it thank God I had my old tree this company is a scam

Never received the Christmas tree. Had emails back and forth and received 10 toothbrushes. Just emailed them again and will be reporting fraudulent charges on my credit card. This company ruined Christmas!!

That email address is the one i was using to communicate with them. i paid for rush shipping of a cmas tree and they eventually said it'd be 20 days (which puts this past christmas). When is told them on 3 diff days to refund my money..i dont want tree, they started to ignore my emails. I contacted my CC company and put in a dispute. The tracking number they gave me showed the same location for the items for a week straight. THey also told me to "receive the tree and return if i didnt like it". I dont want that because i'll have to pay to return it to china which will be very expensive.

To be safe, it's better to cancel your credit card. And, you should also contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. This is a big scam. I ordered my tree in November, still yet to receive it. Fortunately my son is old enough to know what a scan is. I feel so sad for children waiting for their tree. Shame on you!!! This will not end here
