They are definitely scammers and go by at least three names. I thought I paid $60 for 202 Unclaimed Amazon, Walmart...items. They advertised that you would get this "mystery box" of amazing items. The list was impressive but what I got was a cheap 600-games-in-one HDMI video game console that I could have gotten on Amazon for ~$20. It was cheaply made and may have cost $1.00 to make and I'm being generous. I tried to contact support@perfecthubs.com but got it back as undeliverable. I did some research and found support@cotresale.com; no help but did prove that they were part of PerfectHubs. Did find another email address within their responses; betterservicebetterus@gmail.com. In the meantime I contacted PayPal and complained and they denied the claim even with all of my paperwork/proof. Betterservicebetterus wanted to refund me $20, which I refused thinking PayPal would come through. I ended up getting no satisfaction and hope this will prevent others from getting duped like I did.

I bought a $30 mystery pack. I got a $5 speaker with no charger or instructions manual. They advertise several objects in your package. There will be one per every $30 you spend. Scammer for sure. My girlfriend got a $60 mystery pack got a cheap vibrating tooth brush. And dollar store headphone. Such a rip off.
I sent and paid for 2 boxes of {whatever you are not selling} over a month ago. I am still waiting for delievery. I am going to Microsoft to report you, along wih Amazone, which for GOD knows only knows why. MY NAME is NANCY LLOYD I paid with my credit Visa card. I want a refund of all my money credited to my account. I have got a hold of my bank and they have turned it over to VISA along there own investigation. Now I am going to FBI and report you. Well, I was also a victim of scam by them, and when I complained to PayPal, I denied the case, because they gave a false proof that it had been delivered with a signature and when I asked PayPal to show me the signed document? . He only showed me a site that said signed but without any signature ... A total chain of scammers ...
I ordered an unclaimed Amazon package at least two months ago. I never received anything. I tried to track it but need an order number, I never received an order number. Just another online scam.
its been a month for me so I can say I consider it a lose I emailed twice no answer going to send it to BBB
I placed an order I have been trying since to get shipping and have had no lick an order 10 days ago and have been trying to contact Perfcethubs and haven't had any success. No contact number and the contact us link only sends my email back to me as not a spendable address.
