Paybanks is definitely a fraught. I ordered something, the order confirmation came from a misspelled generic email, had no logos whatsoever and was not coherent. Their paypal email has a bunch of unconnected letters in it like xyz. Most of their website buttons do not work, the menus don't make sense. My product never arrived. Whois also comes up dodgy. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
