FREAKING SCAM. SENT THEIR CRAP BACK AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND NOW THEIR WEBSITE IS DOWN!
Total scan, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!! I unfortunately fell for the pictures of lovely clothing, but received absolute junk that looked nothing like the website showed. Returns are nearly impossible, as noted in other comments. I tried to cancel my order shortly after I made it (did my online homework too late) but they just skirted around it. I ended up just donating the clothing, as it made me too mad to look at it. Hopefully someone will get some use out of it. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Received very low grade clothing and paid a lot for it. Now I discover all returns must be sent to China at a very high cost. I want my money back . How does this type of scam allowed to operate here?
How can it be legal for them to have an outlet in Canada that does not take returns. I placed two order with this company. The quality is cheap and sizes very small
When I wanted ti return one they gave me all the wrong numbers for the return slip. This is a total rip off and should be removed from every site they advertise on. It appears I will be stuck with $200 worth of cheap junk I can not use. It will cost more to return them than a paid for them. Please mark this company as a scam.

I ordered a fleece jacket with a hood in size 5 X. What arrived after a very long wait was one labelled 4x. I normally wear 3 x so I now know how mislabelled this one was. I can barely get it on and when I do there is a 6 inch gap in the front.
What a disappointment! the local charity shop will get it.

Cheap clothes and packaging, no labels, poor sewing.
I have contacted them numerous times but get nowhere, just the same message about sending the product back to China WHAT???.
At no time did I sign a contract as they claim, all I want is a simple return.
They should have stated all there babble on Facebook.
I cannot believe such a mess. Yes, I got scammed too. I never order online, yep this time I did and now I'm stuck with a jacket that's three sizes too small. It took a month to get here. and now I'm supposed to pay to send it back. Imagine what that would cost, sending to China. Well, lesson learned for me, but believe me I'll be earning about this company. So sad these companies can get away with this.
RUN AWAY from this company. Take my advice and do NOT order from them. Of all my online shopping experiences, (which is considerable), this is, by far, the WORST I have ever experienced. Still waiting for an order from September 13th! Today is October 26th. I can see item has been shipped from China to British Columbia, where it has been sitting for 5 days and counting. BRUTAL....ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!! I can safely predict they won't be in business long. They do not have their logistics figured out.
Cheap clothes and you will have to pay for returns back to China . Will take 3 months to get your money and you have to return in same packaging which is impossible because it’s a cheap plastic bag that ripped right through when I opened it. Save your money this is a scam
I have tried for days to get a reply on measurements of a coat. I only get automated replys that say they will get back to you within hours. Nothing for a week after repeated requests. I doubt this is a legit site.
I will never buy from this company again. I ordered what I thought was a high-quality cotton tunic shirt, and got a cheap polyester version that looked nothing like the one in the photo. Had I done my homework and read the fine print about having to ship it back to China, I never would have ordered from them. I checked at the post office this morning and it would cost me $15 more than what I paid for the shirt to return it. Expensive lesson learned.
So dissapointed in quality and customer service. I couldn’t even return my item because they want it back in same packaging and it’s so cheap. They won’t give a refund if it’s not to their specifications. Never again
