They sent me the wrong item, a girl's hat instead of a swimming pool system control panel, took a month since shipped from China. Fortunately the payment was through Paypal so a refund from the seller was issued immediately, though the credit on my credit card has not yet appeared. Interestingly a legitimate tracking service was used. They may make their profit from the customers that don't pursue refunds but do seem set up to lose shipping cost when Paypal issues refunds.
