Same story here. I ordered a set of 3 collapsible cabinets. Took forever to even get a tracking number which never really told me where my shipment was. I received a wooden box with a spoon and chopsticks marked with the tracking number the furnished. I wrote to complain and they told me to return the utensils, AT MY EXPENSE, which would’ve been more than they’re worth, and they’d refund my money. I obviously refused so I got a 60% refund - which also took several weeks! Avoid this scam at all cost! Thankfully the cabinets were inexpensive so I’m not out much but these people must really be raking in the cash with their business model. Major scam!
If you want to teach them a lesson, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

Ordered the storage boxes, 3, couple of months ago, still haven’t received them.
Yes, they charged my account and I never received the item. Their information pop up on facebook. I ordered storage boxes never received. Yes, they are scammer. Do not purchase anything form them.
I ordered storage boxes too and got 2 pair of chopsticks. Doesn't even give invoice or that its from them so i was still waiting for order. Definitely not worth what i paid
Ordered two kinds of storage boxes, charged almost $100. Never received either order. Even printed out order from email, but now the email has disappeared! Do not order! Totally a scam!

I got chopping sticks instead of storage boxes. Emailed them and said it was the shippers who messed up.
I ordered 3 storage boxes and 20 shoe boxes. I got an ugly scarf and some wooden salad serving utensils. I contacted the company and got this very unsatisfactory and bogus response:

We are deeply sorry for this case. After we check over and over again, we are sorry to find that it is the shippers who mistook the batch of the products due to the hot sale reasons, so you have received the wrong item, we are really sorry and have a claim with the shippers.
In order to make up for your loss, after negotiation with our suppliers, they promise that they could resend the right item to you, but to our regret, they ask for a return of the item you received. In this case, could you please go to your local post office to ask about the return cost? Our return address is: 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
You can choose to get the full refund or ask us to resend the right item to you once the suppliers get the returned package, please offer a picture of the delivery paper and package when you return it or provide us the tracking information online (by screenshot or picture) if you return the package.
After you post the item back and provide information requested above, we will arrange a full refund plus the shipping cost of the returned package right away.

This is definitely a scam. I ordered a set of large storage containers and received a wooden spoon and chopsticks. I contacted customer and their response was for me to return the package and pay for shipping. They took responsibility for shipping the wrong item . The other option was that could keep the spoon and chopsticks and they would refund me 40% of what I paid. Wish I had done my research.
this is definately a scam... i emailed them to say that the package was still in the same spot when i checked the tracking... so suddenly it was delivered on a certain date.... something was delivered to me and i signed for it... but it was a legitimate order not this one.... so i reported them to paypal and to scamwatch
This Enrichoil site is a scam. DO. IT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY. I ORDERED STORAGE BOXES AND RECEIVED CHOP STICKS AND A WOODEN SPOON. I received chopsticks and a spoon instead of the storage bins that I ordered. Total scam
I wish I had looked for reviews of this enrichoil web site before I placed an order for the Folding Storage Boxes. I received a cheap set of chop sticks and spoon in a cheap and cracked plastic case. When I emailed them about receiving the wrong product they said it was a mixup issue from distributor I needed to check on return costs to China where product was shipped from (not USA as stated when asked) in order to return the product. My refund would only be 40% of original cost, shipping not included in the refund. I paid $32 total for a cheap set of chop sticks and a spoon.

I also ordered a set of storage boxes from this website, only to receive a wooden utensil set (chop sticks and a spoon). I did get a response from the company, advising it was the shipper's error and I would need to return the item to China. BUT they offered to refund 40% if I would just keep the utensils, which was their scam all along, I'm afraid. Makes me sad because I really wanted those storage boxes....
Yes, I too fell victim to these scam artists,...ordered the storage containers - waited & waited, then finally received a package with EATING UTENSILS (wooden chop sticks & a wooden spoon). I have been going round and round with them..they keep offering a discount on the eating utensils (they are up to 70% off now but never disclose what the original cost is) or I can return them to get a refund, but I have to pay for the shipping and when they recieve them back then they say they will issue a refund and the cost of shipping them back. Thats never going to happen.
I have already disputed this with my credit card.
Bottom line, had I known at the get go that they were in China I never would have ordered from them. Live and learn, sadly.
No date on the receipt for the online order - no email confirmation. Order page had a fake order and tracking number. No way to contact customer service via their link. Click and get into a loop that wants your passwords. No way to return anything via their enrichoil.com site. There is some out of country address to send any correspondence. They tell you to contact them with any problems at info@enrichoil.com - but it does not exist. No way to even report their ad on FaceBook. If you comment negatively, you get blocked. I ordered $71 worth of plastic cabinets with sliding front doors and a top lid. 2 months later I got an envelope with Chinese writing with their fake tracking number and inside - a pair of chopsticks. Their page shows PayPal but when you order there is no PayPal option. Only credit cards. Should have been the red flag.

Yes this place is totally scam. They send you ugly scarf instead of what you order and will refuse to refund your money. Buyer be aware
I purchased 2 sets of storage boxes and received 2 small (pencil case size) boxes with a wooden spoon and set of chop sticks in it. They offered for me to keep the chopsticks and spoon for a hefty 60% of my original purchase price being $27.88 US for 2 sets of spoons and chopsticks... This was after a search of my online purchases as the name listed on the delivery slip does not match the purchase website and I was lucky to have kept my email where they provided a postage reference number which I managed to marry up to the parcel received. Will be requesting full refund via PayPal.. That is why I use PayPal for purchases cause you can always open a grievance direct with them.

I ordered 2 sets of storage boxes. 6 total and was promised to get them by July 30th. I clicked the tracking number today and it said it was still in China. They hid the fact that it was coming from another country when I ordered it. There is no way it will be here by the 30th, only 36 hours from now. Obvious SCAM!

Unfortunately a similar experience. Made the mistake of not checking the site since it was a mobile ad. Ordered storage boxes and recieved a couple of cheap utensils. Hoping to be covered by Paypal.

If you paid with PayPal file a complaint. I ordered two sets of storage totes and got dinnerware. PayPal refunded me what I paid in full.
