I had no idea the Ownkoti website is considered a scam.
One Christmas maybe two years ago, my husband ordered two sets of reversible bedspreads for me (he couldn't decide which color to choose so he got the two colors he liked). When they arrived, we were both delighted with the quality and the design. The bedspread has become a focal point of our bedroom and brings me joy every time I look at it. It is also easy to care for. My story then is different from the ones who have complaints because we had no complaints to begin with.
I spent all day picking curtains for different rooms I'm decorating . Before ordering I decided to look at the exact property location of Ownkoti.com. I'm very thankful to have found this site. You all saved me close to 1,000. I refuse to ever deal with sending product back to China. You are better off just keeping it.
I was pleased with the quality of the product but I had ordered two and my daughter did not like hers. My experience was similar to the one described above when it came to returns of merchandise. These are fraudulent business practices. I am disputing that part of the charges and requesting a refund or a way to send the item back NOT to China. Others have had good luck with the credit card absorbing the charges. Hope they do it for me too.

I sent a ginkgo blanket to my daughter’s house. It arrived fairly quickly, and she says the quality is very nice. She has already washed it, because we wash everything before using it. I’ll see it soon. The blanket was pricy, but if the quality is good, I’m completely satisfied.

I had contemplated buyiing one of their beautifully pictured blankets. I held out. I bought peel & stick wallpaper from them instead. It took weeks and weeks to arrive. It finally came through the USPS. So it was in my mailbox. The paper they sent was the most HIDEOUS pattern I've ever seen. They are huge 12 ×12 blocks of jenky, shiny, slick, cheap quality contact paper or basically like giant stickers! Besides it being completely not what I ordered, it was so wrinkled and creased and had been FOLDED and crammed into a plastic bag envelope. I started working on emails for a return right away. They told me to "mail it to China" and the shipping cost would be up to me to pay. Basically I'm out $100 bucks for something I'll throw in the garbage. I wish I could post a picture of it. So entirely frustrating!
Placed an order 15 days ago and am still waiting for shipping confirmation. My credit card has been charged. No response to inquiries placed to their 'customer service' email address. Appears most likely to be a scam.
Unfortunately for me I had to learn the hard way about this so called company " I ordered a Benchmade knife on - line and they sent me a cheap copy of the Benchmade knife and they put the Benchmade logo on it. Not that it will do any good but I am going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Prosecuting Attorney.

Yes, similar experience to everyone else. I ordered a king sized quilt; there is no labeling on the quilt when it arrived, but per my order, it said I ordered a King. This quilt was definitely not king sized. Barely covered the top of the bed. Not like it was shown in the pictures. Also, the colors were not as pictured.
When trying to return, was told I needed to ship it to China, which would be very expensive, and did I want to proceed? The package shipped from Nevada. The shipping would cost more than the quilt ($140). Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me the money when I disputed the charge. By the way, their website says, “ easy returns”. What a joke.
This company only posts 4 and 5 star reviews. It certainly didn’t post my negative reviews. This company is a complete SCAM!
I looked up their return policy and it said no hassel returns within 30 days so I purchased. When I needed to return it because they sent the wrong size. I ordered a queen size bedspread and they shipped a full. They told me to reorder the correct size. I did. Then I asked how to return and they said you only paid $126 it will cost more than that to ship to China so you need to keep the wrong one at my expense. I told them the product I received was from NY not China. Their response they ship FROM NY but returns are to China only. I now and into the wrong shipped item for over $250! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
