NiniSilk scam or genuine? Let's know the fact from the below NiniSilk review:

NiniSilk is an online shopping store that is selling multiple products like clothing, accessories, lingeries, pajamas, shirts, underwear, couple pajamas, silk pillowcase, bridal robes, silk bedding sets, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about NiniSilk before choosing it as your shopping destination.

NiniSilk is classified as one of the problematic sites because of the following shortcomings on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address of NiniSilk is mentioned as JIanxin 151, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. However, Google Maps pinpoints this address in the middle of vacant land with trees where this is no building. Moreover, there is no any company with the name NiniSilk that has been mentioned even around this address. This makes it clear that NiniSilk is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping destination.

On top of that, on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. How come China's company's laws be governed by the laws of some other country? This is such an unprofessional statement any company can provide.

One of the contact email address of NiniSilk: baidaiwl@163.com is very much similar to the email address of multiple suspicious sites using @163.com email address such as Gerwht, Unibur, Vheri, Fuyerte, PedbbuReliabls, ShareSneakers, Urlove, UrlifeTop, KbooaOceanStoryShop, ZkuumShop, OoorzTop, Alilibi, DaisyoneShop, TimostShop, DdenStore, TqfkufBeautyJingbao, Se-HunStore, Arthurpicks, Mozirose, Tool-Mighty, CingoGrocery, Huazhoushangmao, Jewelinlove, Nepenthe, JennyIdeal, Mountainpeak, Sinceritty, BestGood and so on since these sites are also using @163.com email address.

Security of the website:

NiniSilk has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, etc. on its Checkout page. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes NiniSilk a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

NiniSilk is providing an unrealistic heavy discount price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

NiniSilk has a Return and Exchange and Refund Policy that is found to be very unrealistic and bogus for the return and exchange of items purchased as of other scams and problematic sites.  And we have found that these kinds of sites are not likely to fully or partially refund back the money of the customers.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

NiniSilk and similar types of sites have very poor customer support, as well as delivery time as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. NiniSilk may send fake or very cheap quality products other than what it has advertised on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how NiniSilk and similar type of companies are doing their business.

  1. I also bought the silk pijama from NINIsilk. I found the material tag got cut-off and on the top of the tag, I saw some remaining print in Chinese, which indicates 95% polyester as a material instead of silk satin as advertised.
I sent out email and no reply at all.

  2. I confirm that Ninisilk is a scam--I bought a pair of pajamas priced as silk (on sale) and received a very cheap pair of polyester pajamas. When I asked to return them for a refund they would not give me their address, and have stopped responding to my emails. They also do not let me post my review on their website (I assume they are filtering out everyone's negative reviews). I am concerned my banking information may be at risk.

    1. If you are concerned with your banking information, then it's better you contact your bank and ask them to cancel your credit card and give you the new one.
