Ordered a water surfboard on February 24, 2021, but after 10 weeks this was still not delivered.
The e-mail address with wich my order was confirmed does not exist anymore.
Credit card payment was done to a company called "Store" in Torquay, GB.
It is clear to me that this "Store" is a scam and I am trying to have my payment backcharged by my credit card company.
I also ordered elec scooty on feb 6th. Nothing!!! Emailed them a month ago, got a responce with apology & ti please be patient. Tried to email today may4th. This time the email Came back as this is not correct email address. WHATEVER. After reading the many MANY comments about ordergifts Im sure I was ripped off WE ALL WERE RIPPED OFF. I too ordered the mini treadmill. Was told 3-7 weeks...it's been over 8 weeks. Emails go unanswered, tracking was very vague and now tracking is ALL written in Chinese. Scam for sure!
I ordered the mini treat I’ll and have emailed countless times and NOTHING! I was charged, this was back in late Feb. I’m so disappointed and very concerned it was a scam!
I also ordered the mini treadmill on 2/19/2021, and the tracking link in the order email was last updated on 3/30. Now when I click the link it goes to some Japanese website. Looks like that order will never arrive. Good luck to anyone else that has ordered and never received their order.
Wow I’m not the only one then! I ordered the mini treadmill feb 19/21, their tracking number stated it arrived in destination country on March 28/21 and on March 31 custom clearance documentation and receipt submitted. Now it’s April 25 and I have not received any more information. I have emailed them several times and no response. I received a United States postal service email about a package and to pay a fee but I LIVE IN CANADA! My next step is calling my credit card company to get my money back.
It’s a scam I ordered a product February 10 2021 they said it would take 3 to 7 weeks before I received it it has been almost 4 months. I have e-mailed them several times but no response don’t waste your money it a big fraud.

The business is a scam.
The tracking info that they send, is hard-coded on the page. When asked for more detail, they change it, and send you the link back. You might think that there is progress, but they only make it look that way, When you right-click on the page, and go to source, you can page down, and see how all the detail you see, is hard-coded.
The page of the shipping company is also false. The company does not exist. Notice how it is not possible to select anything at all. There is no link to contact detail, no working search. You cannot get any detail at all when clicking on the page.
If you have paid by credit card or with paypal, I suggest you ask your money back as soon as possible, because you will not receive what you have ordered

Hi, stupid of me. Without reluctance I thought I would receive 2 boards. Living in Thailand I was hoping to have some fun time at the beaches with the kids.
Totally of guard this time. Must say that the way they kept me busy with it sending me updates of the shipping status. Untill April 4 when it’s said the product is offered to customs. Bravo! But they’re not finished with me yet.
Customs is where mine stopped too, on Apr 4. It was to good to be true I guess. Rip off bigtime!!

I also ordered the treadmill, and eventually received an email with a tracking nr. The shipping company that they gave, does not exist, even though the sight looks real. There is no contact detail, nothing can be chosen, and the search button is doing nothing. I went to take a look at the page source, and what did I see there?....everything that shows for my tracking nr, is hard-coded in the source.
I have placed an order since 06/02/2021 and I have not received anything until now.
I believe that I will be very careful in my choice of shopping websites beforehand!
I ordered a water bike on 13Feb21. I received a confirmation email with no tracking number. Today 5Mar21, I sent them an email requesting a tracking number. They reply quickly with a very short email saying the tracking number and a link for where to go to track it (no signature, nothing else). When I copy paste the tracking number in my tracking app it does not appear. When I click the link it takes me to shippingfulfillment.net where immediately gives me historical events with my tracking number. The curiosity is that the time listed as the time order was received is AFTER the time it says that the order is being process (same day though)

J'ai toutefois eu une confirmation de commande. Mais quand je clique maintenant sur le lien de ce message de confirmation cela indique "Ce site est inaccessible" 🙁
Je vais procéder à la contestation de cette transaction auprès de VISA Desjardins. On m'a dit que si je ne reçois pas la marchandise, je suis couverte par VISA Desjardins et serai remboursé. Mais avant Desjardins VISA va entamer des contacts auprès de la compagnie.
Je serai maintenant très prudente dans le choix des sites Internet d'achat !

I ordered a mini treadmill on Feb. 6, 2021 and as of 4/16/21 have not received. Last tracking update was 3/22/21. No replies to 3 emails I have sent for updates!
I got an ad in FB for an exercise machine. So I ordered it. I was waiting for an email of confirmation. Never came.
I purchased the mini treadmill and immediately changed my mind and canceled the order before it was placed.. they took the payment out immediately, even though the order was never actually placed. I was able to send tgem an email asking for the refund and they said that they issued a refund (this was on February 2,2021)...I still have not received that refund and have sent 2 additional requests with no response. contact@orderedgifts.one That is the email address if this is helpful
