I also ordered 2 step cycles back on June 22, 2021 and still haven't received them. They took my money, gave me some bogus tracking number and nothing has be delivered. I think that we should ALL get together and file a class action lawsuit and sue them for millions. It's worth it to go after German Scum like this. They need to be punished for misleading the public. Let's get together and teach this Company a lesson.

I have the SAME PROBLEM. ORDERED 1 CYCLE IN JUNE AND STILL NO CYCLE. i HAVE Had probLems WITH THE ADDRESS OF THE COUNTRY. WHEN i ORDERED IT SHOWED ON MY COPY THAT MY ADDRESS WAS IN FRENCH SOUTHERN TERRITORIES. I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO CORRECT THAT AND TOLD THEM THAT I LIVE IN THE U.S.A. THEY SEND BACK THE SAME ANSWER THAT THE CYCLE IS ON ITS WAY, BUT NOTHING HAS ARRIVED, IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED TO GO TROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WILL LOOK INTO THAT. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE WELCOME. WE ARE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT IT SEEMS.

Dont touch this company I too order a step bike it showed it was at customs in August then fell off the radar in October. Tried Email no joy. Now out of pocket. Had a feeling it was a scam when it took so long to arrive in the country even with the covid situation. What can be done with companies like this????
I ordered a step cycle on July 13, 2021. Two days later they sent me an email with tracking information saying it was on it's way. At the end of August the tracking number suddenly doesn't exist and I never got my item. I've been emailing them for months trying to get them to deal with this, and they just don't bother to respond.

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them because you will never receive it & there is no way track it & the company will not respond.

I ordered two step cycles in August. Received a tracking number and followed it till it was supposed to have been delivered to this country in September. Then no other posts. I tried to email them with no success I think I was also scammed. Do not order from this company.
Definitely a SCAM damn Step Bike ordered back in June . They gave no tracking number and of course no delivery. I have replied to their ordered product email at least 10 times and no one has replied. I wasted $145 dollars, this is a damn shame. I hope to God that this place is shut down to stop stealing money from people. Makes me afraid to order anything off line from anyone other than AMAZON, at least they will either deliver or no refund.

Ordered my step cycle in July. Tracked it till it reached my country and cleared customs in august. The tracking just fell of the charts. Can’t find a number or address to contact and cancel, because they offer a “ no reason no question “ cancel policy. But can’t reach to do that . DO NOT NOT FOLLOW THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered the Step Cycle on July 15. Received a tracking number and everything seemed to be going fine. On August 22nd, it said the item had arrived in my country. On August 25th, it said that customs clearance documentation had been submitted, and I have heard nothing since. I emailed them once and they told me to just be patient. But I have sine emailed them twice more and demanded a refund and they've ghosted me. Won't reply to emails and that tracking information has not changed since August 25th. Save your money. Do NOT purchase anything from this site.
That commercial Step Cycle is a SCAM. There is NO ADDRESS, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO CONTACT OF ANY KIND. Tell every one you know DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I order 2 Bike Cycles. One I called my bank and we looked into it come to find out it is a scam. When I placed my order it said Find Gifts. We they sent me my Order $ and tracking number it said FINDY Gifts. They tell you to be patient wait 3-7 weeks due to the Pandemic. That's for them to get past the return period of you can find them.

This site on Facebook is fake. I order a step cycle and received a tracking number of worldwidecourier.net. Three months later, received a tracking update saying it was delivered at 3:47 am.
Nothing was ever received.
My son ordered me a step cycle back in May and said it was delivered on August 12th at 3:21am but I have received nothing

Ordered a step cycle on June 5 2021, was sent a confirmation org order but no shipping detail and have not received my order yet, more than two months later (Aug 13). Emailed and received a response yesterday saying I should check with the shipping company yesterday. Still no shipping detail. I'm feeling like I got scammed, don't shop from Findy.com
Looks like I got scammed too. Ordered a step cycle got an order# , but no expectancy date of its arrival. Can't reach them. The site has been put up for sale [ the domain].
I also ordered an item from Findy Gifts on June 8/2021. Last info received from shipper(Worldwide Courier) was that item had arrived in destination country and that the customs papers had been submitted.(July 8th). I have received no further tracking information since then. Probably will never receive the items purchased.
It looks more clear that this company is a scam. I ordered a step cycle that never came. The track number is giving you a list of transit of the product but no location name anywhere. Contacted them by email, they said they will investigate, but never did. Do not buy from them. It's a scam.
