I ordered $285 worth of Grinch pjs from them before Christmas but have never received anything. I have tried emailing every site I can find with no reply. Is there anything else I can do?

Ordered the grinch pajamas on 12.12/21. Just realized I have never received the order. When click contact seller it says please try again later and another msg that said if you are the owner of the store “sign in” or contact support. I guess I just lost $18.00
Nothing but a scam, placed order and nothing has come, sent inquiry with no response. BEWARE

I ordered 7 sets of pajamas on Dec 10th never received my order have emailed them daily no response have not been able to find a phone number

No contact information, no confirmation, no way to complain, no response.
Contacted card company and informed them its a fraudulent website.
Ordered form this company and still not received item tried contacting via email and it just gets sent straight back to me doesn’t even get to them there’s no number I can find to contact stay well clear
