I ordered clothing to the value of £30 in july which never arrived, which they said was due to covid and I have constantly emailed them for a refund and had no replied so I am very doubtful they are genuine and need to be boycotted from the Internet,its no good allowing them to scam customers
Me consta q es una engañosa hice dos ordenes en el.mes de mayo y nunca llegaron los artículos luego reclame un reembolso dijeron q en 15 días los recibiría ya estamos en el mes de agosto les escribí y no responden Si alguien sabe lo q puedo hacer para recobrar mi di ero q pague a través de mi visa card. Complete scam. Placed order on 6/6 they Kept making excuses why order wasn't shipped, after a month I told them to cancel order and send me refund which they agreed. It's now 8/4, 2 months later still no refund and they quit replying to emails. Had to open paypal dispute which they haven't replied to either
I paid for expedited shipping and after two weeks was told to wait another 2 weeks for a refund. It has been over that amount of time and no contact from the Ongwee customer service nor refund. I am very disappointed.
