I ordered a jacket and Dress for a special wedding March 2022 . 3 months later I emailed them asking what's happened , there reply was its was rejected in Customs and they would refund. Funny thing I'm still waiting May 2023.

I would have to say Bellytin is a scam, I ordered 35. 00 worth of product and never got it, I sent them an email, they said they were so busy they would not be able to get to my order so in return they would be giving me a refund within 15 days, it's been a month and now they won't even answer my emails, I'm sick of this crap, so dishonest, I pray karma pays them a good visit.
I had the same experience.Made my purchase in May 2022, when i could not get any word on my delivery, i send an email to their customer care, and was told that due to covid my order was returned, and i could opt for a refund, which i did. To date that has not matrialized, and obviously they no longer exist since the said email is now deemed to be invalid. This was indeed a scam.

I purchased some items from bellytin, I received an email stating they were behind on shipping and advised me if I don't receive my product in 10 business days they would do a full refund.
I sent email and advised them I had not gotten my product and the customer service said I'd have my refund in 15 days, today is the 16th day and no refund, I will have to sat bellytin in a scam.
I made a purchase and they sent me this message, "Then we have to say sorry, your package was rejected by Customs due to COVID-19 that we can barely control. This situation is definitely not the one we wanna see.
If we resend it to you, it is likely that your package will be rejected by them again.
So, we will give you a full refund, is that okay for you?"
I haven't received a refund and they've stopped responding to my mails
