Nova-Play.com Review: NovaPlay Scam or Legit?

NovaPlay complaints NovaPlay fake or real NovaPlay legit or fraud | De Reviews

Nova Play, which is selling WIRELESS HEADPHONES which looks like AirPods, doesn’t seem to be a genuine online store. Does that mean NovaPlay is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is a Nova-Play.com scam or trustworthy and what is Nova-Play.com in real through our NovaPlay review here. So, let’s begin with our Nova Play review.

NovaPlay complaints NovaPlay fake or real NovaPlay legit or fraud | De Reviews

Nova-Play seems to be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# NovaPlay has provided its company's address as PO Box 343570, Florida City FL 33034, United States which is a PO Box number but not an address of its company or shop or store. It has also provided another address which is 126 York St. Ottawa, ON K1N 5T5, Canada. Now why any company from Canada will prefer the PO Box address from the United States. Not only that but when you check out its "Terms of Service" / "Terms and Conditions" page, then you will find out it has mentioned its Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Paris. Now why terms of any company from the United States or Canada will be governed by the laws of Paris? So, either it has copy-pasted its Terms of Service from another website or its company's address. On top of that, it hasn't provided any contact phone number as well. So, we don't think the provided company's address is real.

# Like lots of scam sites, NovaPlay has also lots of drawbacks. For example;

  • It is selling products that look similar to AirPods but at a very cheap price. It is claiming it is giving a huge discount on its products. But, these days you can find lots of problematic sites claiming to sell products similar to AirPods such as JiveMiniPods.
  • Lots of details provided on the Nova-Play website match with multiple scam sites such as its Returns Policy where it has mentioned: "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable."; "Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale are non-refundable." and so on. However, as we said before, Nova-Play is offering its items on sale by providing a discount. So, it is clear that NovaPlay is not a refund friendly online store. Actually, lots of scam sites are using exactly the same Refund Policy.
  • NovaPlay hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton on its cart and checkout pages. Since the NovaPlay website is not secured properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information might be stolen.
  • The customer reviews posted on the Nova-Play website also don't look real and look very much similar to multiple scam sites.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as ESHouse, Meradore, Suppinc, Kznice, Fitwellable, Dolltu, Usfitwear, Vemwear, Bratyk, Libertypro, Sunleaf, Matastore, Comouna, Picksof, Zandov, MioyotShop, CurveFits, Vivierstore, Soroks, Heartul, Bluewwo, Chokero, AriasShop, MateClubs, Fefall, Prettyat, Knixdon, KolkStore, Morclothes, Usnotion, Savazr, LarryCloth, Zrevo, Morrisoh, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.
