Instead, we find out businesses with name Centre Hi-Fi and Tim Hortons on that address (Sources: Yelp.ca and Google Maps). So, we don't think the provided company's address is real.

- It has designed its website roughly such as SHOP NOW buttons on the home page are not working.
- It is offering a discount on the price of lots of products which is quite low compared with the current market rate. Such a low price are mostly found to be offered by scam sites.
- Lots of details provided on the ESHouse website match with multiple scam sites such as its Refund Policy where it has mentioned: "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable."; "Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded" and so on. However, like we said before, ESHouse is selling lots of items on sale by providing a discount. So, it is clear that ESHouse is not a refund friendly online store. I found another website that seems related to ES house. topdawgspet dot com is almost an exact replica. Same prices on items, maybe to normalize their weirdly low prices on some things. Seems like a scam but I can't find anything online about them. I'd beware.
