I ordered a lovely sun catcher in March and paid online with my credit card but have not received my order and cannot reach them at all. No phone number and the e-mail address is invalid. I cannot reach them to see the status of my order.
This site is a HUGE SCAM!!! Ordered baby dragon statues fro this site on April 18,2021. Contacted them by email on April 22,2021 to find out when Item would be shipped as they had already taken payment from my account. They said it was shipped already and to be patient. Contacted them a few days later as I had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number and received the same reply. I waited a week to contact them again to get the same reply. I finally told them on May 21st that I would be taking this up with my Visa on the 25th for them to reply on May 22th with two different answers, one said it was getting ready to be delivered and the other reply said it had been shipped back to them that they were getting ready to resend it. I told them to cancel and refund my money for them to say that they had already sent it. I started a claim with Paypal on May 25th and they replied that they had resent it but couldn't provide me with a tracking number because shipper was upgrading and they would provide it as soon as possible to be patient. I then escalated it with Paypal on the 25 of May due to the runaround I keep getting from them and three days later the company provided a tracking number that said it was delivered on May 19th (don't know where they got this tracking number from since they could never provide me with one), IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!!!! I have now opened a ticket with Canada Post as well today May 31,2021. Paypals decision will be delivered on June 4th, 2021 I hope they see through these SCAMMERS. All this runaround for two cute Yoga posed baby dragon statues, actually send me my purchase wit ha shipping confirmation and legit tracking number or refund my money $103.49 US ($135.38 CA) Stay FAR FAR away from this company or any of their affiliates!!!!!!!
It's all false. A true scam! Ordered a handmade wooden tree lamp from this company and received a cheap, not assembled, plastic star projector. After a lot of e-mail fourth and back they offered me to return the product to China (of course) even it came from Iowa for a refund, they even promised.. Haha, keep away from this bad store!
