I ordered a light that was custom named and it never arrived they couldn’t give me tracing information just that delivery failed and I needed to pay more money so upset

The only response I received was a request for more precise information.
I provided the product name of the pictured item and then received a 2nd request for more information.
In the order confirmation the product name was never mentioned. It was simply a description of the product.
I ordered alcohol wipes on April 2 from them got acknowledged but any communication is form letter telling me to give order number which I already dud. Tracking number is not connected to any service
