I'm usually quite savvy & have bought grom quite a few of these cheap hk based ads on Facebook. This one however myriistic advertising as MANGO is committing serious fraud. The tracking says delivered when it hasn't been. They offered 60% refund as they had incurred 'great costs'. Supposedly re sent the order and when checked tracking at 10 am the other morning it says it was delivered at 16:06 that same day!!!! Now offering 90% refund . Told them they are extortionists and reported to police - no response since ?
I ordered some clothes while being admitted in hospital 28/12/23 and also from Geodolly.com, thought it would be a treat when Im discharged. £43.02 from myriistic & 19.99 from geodolly. Got the tracking numbers and that was the end of it. I wonder how rich are they now with all the stolen money. I hope karma will get them back eventually.
Disgusting company that is just stealing your money
.I ordered in January and waited and waited. Tracking said in late Feb it was delivered. I contacted them via email and they said that it wasn't. They emailed back ask your neighbours FFS!
I Said I paid insurance so refund me. Then they emsil back saying they will repost. So once again I have waited from late Feb until mid April and once again it said it was delivered. Then i contacted and they came back with their lame generic email ...dear (blank) "they don't actually know your name" we can offer you 60 percent refund. I'm like F..off. I paid insurance you refund 100 percent because your company is a failure and I paid uou insurance..so pay up.
Then I got another email saying they'll pay 100 percent back but it will take a month or more. I emailed back advising them I have reported to authorities regarding their stealing and that I will expect my refund within a week

Instead of my clothing order I received a scarf.

I ordered two different times I have not received any of my orders. I'm out raged. the orders were both 45.00 , so what are we supposed to do.
I also ordered a number of items from them in December 2022 and received email confirmation of order from MANGO. When I checked the tracking number it said the order had been delivered. Australia Post confirmed a parcel was delivered matching the tracking number but it was one item and very light. I also sent an email to the seller to follow up but haven’t had a response. Now I see that it was a scam. This is happening far too often and these advertisers should be banned from Facebook to protect those who use Facebook. Lesson finally learnt!!

On Dec 19, 2022 I ordered $48.00 worth of clothes and a pair of shoes , On Jan 21, 2023 I received a ring which I did not order. Mango shows up on Face Book Be aware they are a scam. Don't order from this company. If it sounds to good to be true it probably IS.

I was scam and my friend was also scammed ...They send her a ring and claim they sent her package I did not received anything so far but waiting on this deco package . I placed an order on Jan 5, 2023 and received a tracking number, when I went on the site to use the tracking number I received a message stating "no order found with this tracking number" I should have read this review earlier and then I wouldn't placed this order. I sent them several emails to the email address listed below the order but to date no response. When I try to log on to Myriistic website it says "can't reach this page". These people are scammers and trust me their time will come and they will reap what they sow. Stealing from people who trusted them is not a good thing and God is definitely not asleep. I will never order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Is there a way we can report them to the authorities as scammers so that no one else get scammed by them/

I placed an order 12 Dec 2022 and havent received anything. It was only £27.00 but I am annoyed at being conned. They are advertising under the name of Mango on our local website in the for sale section. I should have realised they were too good to be true. They dont answer emails either.
I did an order on 5th January but to date haven't received anything. On 19 January I received a box containing a ring from GRA which I didnt order. The parcel has same tracking number as original order. Research on internet came it up as scam . Surely these companies should be vetted by Facebook before they are allowed to post advert. So many people are getting caught surely something should be done.
The same thing happened to me. I received a ring that I had no clue where it came from. I went online to check the status of my "mango" order and saw that my clothes and boots were delivered at the same time the ring arrived. I sent them an email telling them I did not receive my stuff and they said they would reship my order. Now I go online and cannot bring up the website. Bunch of scammers....

The same thing happened to me, I ordered twice from them and didn't receive anything until yesterday, I received a ring I did not order and my first order said if was delivered and I have received it. I wish FB would investigate these people.
I ordered 2 tops and matching jewelry for Christmas and have never received the items! Guess I’ll be calling my bank to notify them that this is fraud! My mistake for thinking they were legitimate and not checking them out! Buyers beware!
Wish I had looked this up before I ordered....have spent over $74 on various things....and as a previous comment says....too good to be true, and I feel stupid and greedy for even thinking it was! Am going to report to the card fraud team with my bank, to see if they can stop payment.......but I think it may be too late, so I will have lost my money. No delivery of clothes but received a cheap ring ( NOT ORDERED ). I presume they use the fact you sign for receipt of a package , as proof of receipt.

I got suckered and am out a good amount. Was buying as christmas gifts, but never have gotten a single thing although they say they have delivered. If it seems to good to be true, then it is not true.
I found out too late. I’ve ordered $26 worth of stuff and authorized the payment already. So I won’t expect delivery. I’ve had some bad experiences online so you’d think I’d learn! How’s that saying go? Let the buyer beware!

I attempted to order but it wouldn't process my card. When I complained on their Facebook page they insisted they took PayPal but didn't find it anywhere. It says Mango on their site but when I looked up Mango, definitely not the same clothes!
