I'm another one who's been scammed. I ordered a revolving bookcase on March 1st, received an email immediately with order number, etc. and have still not received the item more than 6 months later. I've sent numerous emails to various addresses, some of which have bounced back. I've contacted them via their website with no joy. I spoke to my bank today. Instead of using a credit card where I would have been better protected, I used a debit card, so it turns out I should have made any complaint within 120 days and I'm way over that limit. So my money is lost...

I ordered the Portable Electric Cleaning Brush $29.95 plus shipping = $35.90. Got the 2 e-mails like everyone else and then there was no tracking number and you could not contact them. I also got the dinky little bracelet in the mail which was a mystery to me until I started reading all the other complaints about this company. I have also contacted Facebook about Multiqulo and Razzule that they are scam outfits and they should not be letting them run ads on Facebook.
I have just realised I've been scanned. Bought the folding table for my elderly parents who think it is delayed. Order placed April 21. They reviewed a black bracelet in the post so now i assume this is from this company as we didn't know why it was sent. Then I decided to check for a web site when I got my credit card bill for them today. It reassures me I should always check for a scam before ordering anything from an unknown or new company. Their ads showed up on Facebook so I'm sure others received the same treatment. Yesterday two tiny packages showed up in my mailbox. One contained three ten cent rings and the other one ten cent ring. Times are tough enough and I can't understand why people have to take advantage of others.

Yes I just been scan from this company also and on top of that they sent me a funny looking bracelet in mail also. I was like I kno they not gonna think this is Compromise for taking my money.. I have try to call the number isn't working I have received 2 email from them an nothing else placed my order on 4-21-21

But I received merely a artificial gold ring in parcel worth US$ 0.12 cent only against my payment of US$45.0 It is a fraud company concerned agencies should take action immediately against this fraudulent company to save the people to deprive their valued money.

I saw the adds on Facebook so I ordered a sofa/bed chair but it was after I paid, I checked the website only to find out it was a scam site.
I too purchased something very similar but it was 2:30am and I had taken my sleeping pill and pain meds and as soon as I woke up I immediately thought it was wrong so I tried to google it and I found this site. My bank won't refund the money and now I'm just out $49. The bank told me to call the Federal Trade Commission and I guess that's my only option left at this point please let me know if you find a solution.

I am hurt that I have not received my orders. I, in good faith, ordered 3 different shelves, in March, expecting that I would receive them...and as of now, May 5, I have not received them. Judging from the reviews that I have read, I guess I won't be getting them any time soon, if ever. What a shame!!! Called the number and some guy name Paco answered and said it was a home number and not a business but I could hear a whole bunch of people talking in the background like a boiler room. I ordered a table worth $41 on 31/03/2020 and received nothing except one emal till date. Also there no any mechanism to track the order. So this is a fraudulent site.
It is obviously a fake site as i ordered one of plants stand and it never came.Moreover they block you on their comment section and also change their information like not showing any number as they were doing before you order.
I also ordered a plant stand on April 3, 2021; it is April 25th, still no stand, I tried to send an e-mail asking for updates to the e-mail address provided by the site, it was returned as "not recognized"; I don't understand how come Facebook allows these crooks to sell through their social media, it is a shame. I will file a complaint with the local police department, the E-commerce & shopping fraud at the Better Business Bureau, I will report their scam to: fightcybercrime.org; the State Consumer Protection Office webpage, and will report this site to the DOJ; these are only some of the options available to report them. I received a confirmation number it's just I haven't received anything I'm very frustrated but I understand patient's.
We have the same item ordered. I placed my order last March 24, and received an email saying it’s in process. I kept emailing them asking why my order not yet delivered but always unsent “mailer-daemon”. I received an item yesterday from China and it was a super cheap ring.. i suspected this is what they send to me.. I don’t know what to do to collect back my money... Can we ask our credit card provider about tis mattet so we can have our money back?

I placed an order on 3/29/21 for a 3 shelf kitchen trolly for $32.90 and received a THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US email and nothing else. When I tried to reach out to them it said the email address could not be found. They are crooks and I’m crazy for trusting them. Hope they are caught and made to pay back every penny.

I was charged twice for an item I ordered on 3/19. Another charge was posted on 3/23. I have made a fraud dispute with my name. If I dont receive my product in one week I will cancel the first order as I did the second charge.

I ordered one too and have not heard a word. I think it was only a bit over $30 so after a few emails and hearing nothing back, I'll probably just consider it a loss. It sucks for the legitimate businesses but I'll definitely not be spending money on facebook ads anymore. Lesson learned.

My order #4708 dated 27.02.2021 for the balloon cars advertised on YouTube has not arrived and there is no tracking number. I have tried to send an email to the address which sent the payment confirmation without success. This was not cheap for a pensioner and it has deprived my grandchildren. I should have checked Takealot.com where it is actually cheaper and I would have had delivery in 3 days.

They are a scam. Paid for "MINI PHONE BAG CROSSBODY BAG - BLACK", received an email from info@multiqulo.com saying that my order is now complete. When I emailed back to ask for a tracking number, a email bounced back saying that the user does not exist.
