I ordered 2 products from them: a necklace and a white dress. In the ads, they looked beautiful! The dress was described using the word “sparkles”. Upon arrival (about 6 months after I ordered), I was furious. The necklace was clunky and didn’t look like what it was supposed to look like. However, the dress takes the cake for this. It came looking more like lingerie. In the pictures, it was a white dress with a white lace/mesh overlay. The actually dress I got would have left nothing to the imagination of whoever was unfortunate to see me in it. There was also not a sparkle in sight. Interestingly, these weren’t even the biggest issues. The side zipper for the dress was sewed in wrong. Im fairly certain it was sewed in backwards because the zipper handle was on the inside of the dress. Furthermore, there was a loop situation happening but above the zipper that halted any movement! That is, I couldn’t zip the dress up because the loop on the track was intervening with the process of zipping it up.
I eventually got so fed up with things that I called and emailed the company. Turns out they’re actually located, if I’m remembering correctly, in Sweden. When I explained my issues with the products, I was told it all came down to everything being “handmade”. They refused to give me any refund. I’m the end, I brought in legal information that points out the could get in trouble with the law. I used the American system and the system for where the customer service rep was from. After over a month of pushing my case, they caved and gave me a 50% refund.
All product reviews I submitted throughout this ordeal were denied. After caving for the partial refund, the dress was pulled from the site. Now the site has vanished all together.
this store website actually cant be found now, but i can confirm i bought a brown nike two piece set and it actually came perfectly in the post, its shocking that they scammed so many people i mustve been lucky

Do not buy from this place!! The product is horrible and the customer service terrible!! They are very rude and the sizes are not true to what they post on their site.
I ordered the moonstone willow tree necklace in Feb. My tracking link disappeared, they kept blowing me off when I tried contacting them. Finally got paypal involved and amazingly got a usable tracking number the next day. When I got the item it was nothing like the description, on their website it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, 30 day money back guarantee, easy returns.. when I told the company I was not satisfied and I wanted to return the item I was told they are hand made and wont be the same as the picture (mine wasn't even remotely close) and due to financial difficulties they are experiencing they will not be doing any refunds. Back to Paypal as fraud and still waiting...
I ordered the exact same necklace as you and got the same response! I also ordered this beautiful white dress which had “sparkles” in the description. The dress arrived looking like a completely different product, not a sparkle in sight. Not only that but the zipper was sewn on the wrong way so I couldn’t even put the dress on! But again, this was all “due to it being handmade”. Absolutely terrible!
I ordered something that sort of looks like the picture. It does not fit me at all though, and there is no possibility of return.
Ordered the “stunning glitter mini dress” a while ago. It came in today and it looked nothing like the picture. Had a feeling it was a scam because the tracking number had expired within a week of ordering.

jessezone.com is a scam site (one listing has pictures from a one-of-a-kind item sold on another in 2019) but lists the same address as Deercraft.
