I also ordered two retractable walking sticks around December 23, 2022. I followed the tracking all the way from Italy to South Carolina dated 1/20/23 where it says the shipment is in transit in the country of the US. I am in New York state and I could have walked there and back twice by now. The contact on the other end of the email says the item is in transit but cannot tell me the carrier. The tracking doesn't even indicate a carrier name. I do not want to wait any longer and I want my money back because this seems very much like a scam where they wait you out until you give up and they take your money. I have PayPal reviewing the transaction and hopefully getting my payment retracted.
I purchased 2 retractable self-defense hiking sticks from them for $123 dollars. It took the package about 6 weeks to arrive and I only received one. After emailing multiple times their response was their shipping department sent 2, so there is nothing they can do for me.
I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company.
