These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Monomoli is a scam. I ordered several items but nothing was delivered. I cancelled the order and was refunded for two items that had never been sent. However, I was told that no refund could be given for those that were not delivered because ‘the courier had the wrong address’. Amazingly, though, they actually delivered one item despite that. Monomoli insist that failure to deliver was not their fault, implicitly blaming me. They even said that I had failed to collect the items, even though I didn’t know where they were. I am €103 out of pocket. I asked them for their address but they refused to provide it. There is no address or phone number on their website and it is not even clear which country they are in, although I assume Germany given the language. Although their website has language options, they don’t work - it always defaults to German.
Sehr unzuverlässig, ein Produkt kam in drei Wochen, das nächste nach vier Monaten, und das ist überhaupt nicht das, was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Betrügerischer Versuch.
Totally scam, They sent first item in 3 weeks, second in 4 months after several mails and it is not the product in their pictures. now they wont answer at all!
i ordered 2 garmets, one arrived in 2 weeks, secobd has not arrived and no answers. Fraud shop!
Is there any connection with yeereal?
They sell the same stuff. Ordered and paid for a dress that was never delivered! Probably lost 40 euros..
Noone is answering back my emails!

No tracking no. provided. Delivery one month late. Item did not correspond, in any way, with the one advertized, and ordered. Disgusted!
Have spent 145 euros for very bad quality of clothes. They were beautiful on the web but when I got them... so bad! Never buy anything again in my life! Terrible terrible stuff
