Like many of you here, the item I received was much smaller than advertised. They gave me a major run around but I stayed after them and eventually my bank got my money back. Don't give up! Go to your bank and be persistent . . . you can get your money back!
Very poor customer service and the last time I went to the website Norton blocked it stating "website responded with malicious code"
i placed my order April 23 for 2 items and it hasnt arrived almost 3 months later.
Im no longer able to track as site is no longer supported.
Sent 4 emails and they said it was sent and sure its on the way and they can no longer track package at their end.
Im getting annoyed now reading all the complaints and want to contact Facebook to report and they need to be taken off fb.
They even asked me not to write a bad review.....obviously they have issues.
They are the worst company to do business with. The package arrived and most of the items were damaged. They shipped the boxes in a large thin white plastic mailing bag. How did they not thinking shipping from China like that would not damage the contents. I’m now disputing it with my CC company. They are a rip off. The items are so tiny. They look nothing like they do in the pics they post on Facebook.
Ordered gnome coming out of tree way back beginning of April. Tried contacting several times. Finally got a tracking number which says parcel received at airlines in China..since May 12. I don't think it takes a month to fly from China to Canada. Contacted credit card company to open a dispute..should receive my money back by end of June or before. Buyer beware,,scammers are everywhere!

I ordered a tree gnome on April 6th for Mother’s Day. Received a shipping notice 2 weeks ago but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve complained 2-3 times about the long delay and get prompt responses with gushing apologies, but no product yet. I’m beginning to think this is a total scam. Would never think of ordering from this company again. Lesson learned.
I also ordered for Mother’s Day on 6th April and my order finally arrived on 24th May. Gnomes are very small and customer service is poor. Hopefully you’ll get your gnome soon.

Purchased the garden Dweller, after it finally arrived in a box so tiny I didn't know what it was. Opened to find it broken. Compant has offered a 10% refund which for what I got is unacceptable. Size was much much smaller than it was represented. So very disappointing
Very disappointed. The product is completely misrepresented as to its size and quality. They were the tree gnomes. In the picture they appear to be at least 18" where in reality they are about 5". They are DOLLAR STORE QUALITY as well. The return card which was included is also a FALSE site!! Buy at your own risk!!
Very disappointed in what I received. Not what was advertised and size is smaller than advertised. Only received half of order also.

You would think FB did it’s due diligence first before placing them in their site. Disappointed! I orders mine today and hope for the best.
One month after ordering my product, I have still not received it nor has the company given me any info on when the product will arrive. Since ordering from them, I have had fraudulent charges on my charge card. PayPal has no record of my transaction.
My item arrived face chipped half ear missing gate on it dosent fit I wrote to them there reply was give it to someone as a gift didnt even acknowledged damage its tiny compared to website I will never purchase from them again $30 wasted
I finally asked them where my order is and they said it will be shipped in 20 days. Grrr

My wife ordered a gnome from this site and it never arrived. I have since learned of several people that have had the same problem.
