Still have not received the magical Christmas tree that I ordered back in Dec2,2021.I have tried to email them but have not got the tree or the money.I did receive a tracking number but I was told it wasn't the right one that the tree went to someone in Alexandra,Virginia.Iwas told this when I called the USPS. I ordered a tree on black friday, still have not received it, sent couple emails they sent me a tracking but it tells me nothing as i can't read it it's not in English, i have asked for refund, or i will probally dispute charge on my card. No number to call them, they don't respond well to emails, i should have followed my gut feeling of not ordering this tree in the beginning. Should have read these reviews first.
They are thieves and frauds they said the tree was in a warehouse in Deleware. No tree no way to reach them and no money . DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered a tree November 28th. I got tracking info until December 9th when received by carrier. Since then, it keeps delaying my expected delivery date. Currently it says December 24th. I don't expect it after reading all of these reviews.
I ordered a Magic Christmas Tree. Received an email which I cannot reply to and do not have their detail. The website said the trees were in NZ and the delivery would take up to 7 days. Contacting the credit card company on Monday to get my payment reversed.
I sent an email after waiting patiently for my order. Was given additional arrival date. Then when that date passed, checked on the tracking number I was given. Said the items were delivered, to CA, I live in PA. Tried to speak with freight people, no idea what English was. After multiple emails regarding the items I ordered. I was told there was a logistical glitch and was assured I would be credited with a full refund. I told them not to cancel my order but to resend the items to my proper address. Since that request, no reply. No items and so far no refund.

I ordered 5 electric toy car for my 5 grandchildren for X-mas, 2 tool boxes and a x-mas tree back in October, I have emailed these people every week for the last month wondering where my items were. Totally no response at all. I am sick that I have been taken and so were my children and grandchildren. Waiting for my credit cards statement to come in so I can go after them and get a full refund. Pay Pal should have some responsibility, I would think considering that many if not all purchases are handled through them.

Why is everyone avoiding saying these are products of China!! I started boycotting all products made in China several years ago! Very low quality, or no quality control. This ad is purposely not telling us where this is made, where it is being shipped from, not even giving a company name!! Absolutely a scam!!

They sent a fake tracking number as it indicates it was delivered to a parcel locker which is impossible since a 6 foot Christmas tree does not fit there. I ordered the magical Xmas tree from Miranda George approx 3 months ago, the website looked legitimate offering PayPal options as well. I took a screenshot of my purchase before leaving the website lucky because I did not receive a receipt or tracking number for my purchase. I contacted them via email 8 times and have got no response and have not got my product. Have now taken it up with my bank and was told this company has been flagged as fraudulent. I have now reported it to the fraud commission and was told by them that this company has had many websites opened up and when they close one down they open a new one in a different name. Buyers beware. They also have other product on their websites as well. I have read other reviews and also made a comment with scam watch.
