So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. Sent the wrong size. Provided evidence and will not refund or send the correct size.
They delete all reviews. I post and it is automatically deleted.
They are a big rip off. After going back and forth several times, they offered me FIVE dollars instead of a refund stating the cost of the return would be very high. Be assured I will be posting on Facebook about this scam.
I ordered shoes from FireMid and items were not as advertised. They refuse to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Mosquito tramp killer and receved instead xmas lights.
According with them the order was received correctly and denied to send me the right purchased item
I ordered 5 seed starter trays with grow lights costing 64.95 USD but received 5 seed starter trays WITHOUT grow lights, these trays are useless to me. Corresponded with their customer service: they tried to tell me I had ordered seed starter trays without grow lights but I had a paper trail and receipts; after several rounds of negotiation I accepted an inadequate 20 USD as compensation. I will NEVER use the bad quality seed starter trays they sent, so 44.95 USD has gone down the drain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 10 trays that came without lights! Worthless purchase! I will leave negative comments any time I see their posts on facebook! Thanks for confirming my suspicions! I won't waste any more time looking for compensation!
