I ordered a 6 layer, revolving bookcase on 16th August, 2021 and am still waiting for delivery. They provided a tracking number but tracking ceased after supposed shipping. Every attempt of getting a response to my emails has so far failed and tonight, one of the emails has come back as unknown yet I have order confirmation from them with that email address. I have redirected the request for "where is my product" to their customer support email address and hope I will receive a response. Not sure what to do next, will probably go to my c/card provider with this problem.
