I ordered the cart in June but never got it. Sent multiple emails and finally threatened to expose them to Facebook. I got a refund recently. How does Facebook justify allowing these scam companies to advertise?

I ordered the 4in1 baby rocker on the 31st May 2021.. Still have not received it . They responded to my first 3 emails blaming Covid but saying it was still on its way. They have not responded to my last 2 emails. Was sent a random package with glitter about 6 weeks ago.. DONT BUY ANYTHING from this company.. it’s obviously a scam… these people are low lifes taking advantage of people who are struggling through this pandemic…

Even I have not received my 4 in 1 baby rocker it’s absolutely fake website, as rightly mentioned in one of the review above they do reply ur mails but keep giving answers the delay is due to COVID situation. Sad n disgusting to know there are some people in world using world pandemic for earning money for their survival, you won’t be able to survive for long on earth for sure.

Stay away from this site. They are a bunch of chancers and it is a scam! I ordered the 4 in 1 baby rocker and all i received was a tiny bag of pink glitter. No way of contacting Charm era and was unable to get a refund from my credit card provider due to the fact that you have to provide some kind of correspondence with charm era as proof of the order! Charm era never sent any emails to confirm my order with them! STEER CLEAR!
I have order 4 in 1 rocker 28 may 2021 received no product all the mails not work I sent them msg just give me email I must sent email. Emails not working I am so disappointed in this people. I said wanted my money back no response. This is very bad.
this is definitely a scam and I was one of those that has been caught too. Email address is not legit. now they have another page advertising a childs amusement playground goodies - i have posted there too!! disgusting that people can do this and not get caught and be held responsible for actions. i will keep posting on their other site to warn others. I was also upset when people were telling me its a fake because everything they sent and the tracking of the goods from point A to Z looked really legal. Will always be wary of online shopping......be careful people, they suck you in with the videos and the fancy childrens toys and that melts our hearts.
