Kaikeylane.com is no longer a valid website-definitely a hoax. When I emailed customer service 11 times, never received an answer until I fought the charges with my credit card company. Then I received an email asking me to stop the charge reversal process and that if I just contact customer service, they would be happy to help me. NOPE!! Now it’s not even a valid website anymore AND they have created a kaikeylane2 website!!!
Kaikeylane IS A FRAUD!
I ordered TODDLER MONTESSORI BUSY BOARD in August and then I tracked the item. One month later I got very small package with plastic streching tape!! TOTAL FRAUD!
I immediately ask for a refund to their email cs.help@kaikeylane.com and NO RESPONSE!
I am totally dissapointed. They advertised on Facebook and after I payed for the busy board, the ads dissapeared eventually... 🙁
