Total Scam purchased a 12 piece cheese board bamboo on the 21 May 2021 and just getting automated emails from Vivian. Only got the parcel on 31st August 2021 and on the packing its label as x trouser weighing 1.68kg at @ $6.66 while I paid $59.99. When I opened its a 6 piece cheese board and on complaining they just ignored me. Plus the address is Singapore

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I purchased a green (they called it Warm Sunlight (M) Green) lawn chair on May 1, 2021. What I received was orange and looks NOTHING like what was advertised. The item received almost 2 months later is worth about one tenth of what they sold the item for. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!! YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS ADVERTISED. Adam the same thing happened to me. I ordered the hot tub that they were advertising like crazy. I bought it for my husband for Father’s Day. It never came. They told me it was delivered and that they left it in the mailbox. Well I know you can’t fit a hot tub in the mailbox but there was a cheap blowup toy. So I gave them $79.97 and they want to give me back $55. I’m almost ready to just do it to be done with it. But I am contacting my credit card company because I don’t want my information stolen. And since I did use PayPal I’m going to contact them too. She told me not to contact them because then nothing will happen for a month. I ordered this May 13. So it’s been more than a month anyway.
SCAM! THIEVES! Ordered Crib in May! Nothing to date. They are also very very unhelpful. Isnt there a way to expose them and have them shut down!

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
I also ordered 2 cheeseboards - paid them $59.99. I finally received 2 lip balms. Have been working with them to no avail - they offered me 45%, then 50% and now 55%. Chase has given me a refund while they investigate. I have multiple emails from a woman named Vivian. They are a complete scam. Amazon should not allow these bogus sites.

Hi i purchased a drum composter, paid 47 dollars and went through paypal as its supposed to be secure through them, i have not received my purchased, keep sending them emails, but there replys are basically im not going to get a refund as it was lost at toyal mail and they will not send another one out to me, if its lost in the post its not my fault , i havent received my purchase, made a complaint to paypal, but they keep coming back with its better to try and resolve it with them, so im wondsr the paypal is not what they make them selves out to be if i had paid direct using my barclaycard, that money would have been straight back in to my account, so im going to cancel paypal they are about as useless as a boat without a rudder, this is ths wnd time paypal has failed to help me, obviously they must be getting commission from these companies, more should be told about these companies to belp stop other people losing money they cannot afford

I ordered the ultimate grill back on March 28 , and as of today I have not received the grill nor instructions on when I can expect it. TOTAL scam. I look at it and say $69 was a very inexpensive way to learn a valuable lesson. If it looks to good to be true it probably is.

The same exact thing happened to me. After going back and forth with Vivian at customer service (they wanted me to send the metal ring back to China at my expense), I finally just told them I was disputing the charge on my credit card. I then got an email from them stating if I cancel the dispute with the credit card, they would refund my money. I emailed back to tell them my credit card company had already issued my credit. Never again from this website - what a scam!

I ordered the bamboo cheese board and cutlery set. I received a pair of coloured glass earrings. The are trying to tell me the earrings are worth 399.00 dollars. They aren't worth 10 dollars. I also bought a Golf GPS watch and I received a cheap wrist watch. Trying to get a Golf GPS but first have to ship the wrist watch back which will cost me $30+. They ship to a US address in bulk and then mail them via USPS to all buyers. Once its mailed, purchase transaction gets deleted, so no way to review our purchases.

What really is upsetting is the fact that these CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS are allowed to advertise on legit websites without ever being authenticated. The SCAMMERS pay small amounts in advertising fees and receive large dividends in fraud monies from honest paying citizens! An enormous amount of online scams are being generated from the Chinese province and they are getting away with it more and more with no one stepping up for the peoples being targeted.
FAKE! I ordered a baby bedside sleeper using Amazon on Feb 14th. Just talked to Amazon and it doesn't show as being ordered even though my Credit card info says different. I WAS CHARGED!!
