So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
(UPDATE 28, March, 2021): It has now changed its address to Room 1812, Unit 3, Building 2, Baolong International Community, Youyi Road，Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China. However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address as well.
Security of the website:
It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, McAfee, etc. at the bottom of the website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

I ordered a plant growing stand and received a cheap piece of jewellery with a price tag of 599 usd and only know that is related when I read these reviews. I have just been researching them because my 70 usd item has not been received. I just came across this website and I’m gutted - I’ve just gone into remission after a fight with cancer, left immobile awaiting my stomach restructuring and had just taken up gardening as I can do that sat down. This was my birthday present from my husband to help distract me from health issues. I will call my bank on Monday.

I am unwell at present and have been bed ridden since October 2020. My husband bought me a swinging outside chair so I could lie outside but we never received it despite their paperwork saying it was delivered on the 15th May. I have sent e-mails and they continue to say it was sent. How much more can I take. Watch out SCAM!!!!!!!
Facebook and PayPal are culpable for allowing this known scam to continue operating. I thought that by paying via PayPal I would be afforded some protection against this fraud. Wishful thinking on my part. They are simply not interested despite massive anecdotal evidence that Forcarehome is a global scam.

I sent an email to see what was wrong and I received an email from Judy. Forcarehome.com has also scammed me ? I had ordered a baby bassinet for my granddaughter who would be here in July. This order was placed in March 2021 and Forcarehome’s had taken my money but never delivered the product. After writing emails several times and getting no response. I finally received an email from a person named Judy only after I threatened to contact the better business bureau. Judy was not only unprofessionally rude but Judy also claimed that the product was delivered to an individual at this address which was not me. When I requested to see the signature of the individual in which Judy had claimed it was delivered too, Judy had proceeded to tell me I needed to bear the loss myself! I have reported this company to the better business bureau and will take further actions against the scammer’s!!!

I ordered a recycle plant nutrient, and recieved a "jewlery", a small piece of shit, as a matter of fact. I tried to get e refund, they had a great offer: 50% refund, and I can keep the fantastic jewlery. I paid 50 Eur, the socalled value of this jewlery is 7.5 Eur. Funny. But based on your comments, I will accept this 25 Eur refund, at least I can minimize my lost.

Massive scam. Ordered a high chair for granddaughter and received a strap thing that you tie them up to a chair. Won't give full refund until I return this rubbish at my own expense. I have had 3 other incidents with Chinese companies doing the same thing. All scammers.

Yes, change your credit card but first of all you can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

But the custom sent me some pictures of the package. It was one small envelope like 0,2m x 0,2m. The bins are like 0,7m x 0,5m x 0,5m..... And I ordered two. I didnt pay the custom fee
