What is Lybella.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products such as tops, dresses, loungewears, blouses, shirts, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Lybella is listed as one of the problematic site due of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, 6 Whittington Road, London, England, N22 8YD. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Lybella that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name and address such as Crisiyi, Aguzado, Caberly, NorniceNeopouse, SunetingWzyboogieFrieezie, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. lybella@pippinmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its few Product detail pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unrealistic discounts on the products it sells which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Lybella is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I have purchased from this company, and shipping was slow, and the items are unbranded, but the quality was good for the price. Most importantly, I did receive the items that I paid for. They replied to my email inquiry when I asked about a missing item from the order, and they had actually refunded me already. I have seen the same dresses as I ordered from Lybella from other sellers, so I'm not sure how that works, but I would not consider this company a scam. I got what I paid for, and I wear the dresses frequently.
