What is Lsoru .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as casual dresses, sweaters, cardigans, two pieces sets, tops, outerwear, blouses, shirts, tees, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Lsoru is listed as one of the suspicious sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Lsoru that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Anutal, Crigne, Elbyo, Luyla, Klynu, Krury, Anzyo, Kacline, Anliia, Rycula, Ceyey, Lepyl, Pewoll, Nenul, Coacia, Holliea, Orvaf, Aljok, Deuyo, Kofyr, Cinaey, Yayyz, Llusy, Moohia, Olzune, Geymy, Zaruy, Cayred, Vaugu, Esduz, Fodyc, Stobey, Daphio, Prytty, Cysue, Erhars, Anxat, Klylo, Vanayia, Syewo, Melyp, Fufes, Alxye, Abilvia, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee at the bottom of its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

On the basis of aforementioned reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that Lsoru is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

The email address is Lsoru 24/7 Service Team . I sent them an email asking for the return label and received a response - "We are sorry that the clothes don't meet your expectations. We will give you $15 as compensation, can you keep?" I told them to send the label I do not want the clothes.

Companies like this one absolutely need to be screened prior to be allowed to operate online. They set their own business up to crash and burn. No wonder the USA has a skeptical attitude about trying to buy our own country. SHAME ON THEM

  5. Totally the same problem for me!! Items TOO SMALL!!!!!!! very hard to contact!!!!! They wanted to make a deal with me but I did not want to keep the shirts, so I am mailing back total order to them which was a hefty 400.00 bill which was on PayPal. I spoke with Paypal and the bank and they contacted Isoro . They totally wiped my bill clean. I could have probably donated but I have a clear conscious by just sending all back....I pay nothing!!! This is a horrible and deceiving company!!!!

    Very hard to contact

WARNING! read this carefully before ordering. First they have offices in London, if that's true, but there factory is in Dubai! They are not made in the the US. I purchased two tops and spent $87 Shipping is not fast, of course, they come from Dubai but the website doesn't say that. They were nice tops but they were too long on the body and sleeves were way to long. I contacted customer service which is strictly by email. They informed me they would discount the items by $15. I told them no I wanted to return them for a refund. They wrote back again discounting again at $25. Again I said no I wanted a full refund, again they offered me $36 and again I told them I wanted a refund they didn't fit. Their final offer was $43. I knew I had been scammed! I told them I wanted a full refund. They said if I wanted to return them I could if I insisted but I had to pay shipping, and it was very expensive. I checked the shipping to Dubai for 1/2 pound was $60. REALLY! Please read the fine print they do accept refunds but only if the item is defective! VERY FINE PRINT. Beware they are not a reputable company. I learned a hard lesson and lost $40 in this transaction.

SCAM!!! Their advertising all over Facebook says their items are manufactured in South Carolina. I emailed their customer service department and they stated that they have warehouses in the USA but their clothing is manufactured in Columbia.

  8. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! Their Facebook ads state that their items are MANUFACTURED in the USA. After several emails to Lsoru's customer service they stated that they have warehouses in the USA but are MANUFACTURED in Columbia.

This company seems to be a scam. First, it is advertised as "made in South Carolina and Indiana." Delivery took nearly a month and the items do not fit. The sleeves are quite long, the shape is nothing like my normal 1x. The package arrived from Asia. There was no packing list and any number to contact them is impossible to find. I should have known better.

I ordered and received 2 tops. They were both too small even though I ordered according to their size measurements. The material is cheap.
I think the items were made in China instead of South Carolina, which was stated in their add. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Return address said Joe Doe in New York. This is a scam outfit.

    Your company is a scam.

I purchased an item that I need to return, but in place of a return, I have been offered a credit of $23.00 for a 39.99. I was told it would not be worth returning the item. So, I’m out $16.00+ 5.00 shipping charge.,

  14. Trying for weeks to get a return label.
Say someone will contact me and never do.
I will never order anything from this company again.

Wish I had read this Aug 1, when 8 placed an order with lsoru. On Aug 17 8 received an email. My pkg had been shipped. Please allow some extra time for delivery. When 8 contact the company for shipping details, it only tells me it has been shipped, check tracking. Sounds like a run around to me. If it isn’t here by Sept. 1 I will cancel order and contact my bank, and call it fraud.

  16. I got took!!!
Received two dresses from this company and it took 14 days to receive and according to the tracking the dresses have been around “the world “ instead from South Carolina. So, so disappointed in these dresses!!! Fabric so thin, and looks like a sack!!! Not at all as pictured!!! I knew I should’ve not did this… should have trusted my gut!!!!
Bad site… don’t fall for this!!!!

  17. I purchased 3 tops from Lsoru. I will say that they are beautiful tops, well made and the fabric is awesome. BUT, they are too small for me. Not US sizes. I requested to return for a refund. They will not let me return the product, and will not give me a full refund. They offered me $18 US dollars vs. the $109 I paid. The ad says made in the US, London did the billing, China did the shipping. I find this all very disappointing because I love the clothing and would buy more of it. But, of course, I can't now. They just screw themselves out of a lot of business with all this dishonesty.

I ordered dresses from Lsoru. The dresses came but did not fit. When I tried to contact the company I could not contact them with the address listed on their website - service@lsoru.com. They have no phone number. I am stuck with dresses that I cannot exchange. My credit card company will not refund the money because they have no contact information. BEWARE of Lsoru!! If you order from them I hope that the dresses fit.
